Bought wrong foundation shade

Hello, I bought Nars foundation online not so long ago, however the shade is too light for my skin even I did use the foundation shade converter app. Can I exchange or return at Sephora after I opened and used the product? Thank you.

Hi @riona1902 I'm sorry to hear that isn't working for you. You can return it to us by mail or return or exchange it in store within 60 days of purchase.
