Bottle leaked during shipment

So I purchased the summer on the fly kit on the 11th and it arrived yesterday. After opening the kit and taking the isle of paradise drops out of the bubble wrap I realized the inner wrapping had a lot of the product in it and the outside of the bottle was covered. About 1/3 of the bottle leaked during shipment which luckily was mostly contained to the bubble wrap and very little made it into the rest of the kit. Accidentally self-tanned my hands because this is my first time and I didn’t know I needed to wash them so well after dealing with the bubble wrap. Just wondering how I would go about getting a replacement bottle?

I ordered a bottle of Mario Badescu Facial Spray. The cap was not secured and it was placed into a plastic bag that was not sealed. Over half of it leaked out into the box during shipment.
