Borderfree processing to UK

Hi - I placed my order on May 22nd and it is still processing with Borderfree and has not shipped yet (25th). It is coming to the UK. I wanted to ask when I can expect it to be shipped? Three days feels like a long time for processing. And how long roughly do Sephora orders take to get to the UK once shipped? Thanks!

As your order was placed after our same day processing time (17:00 GMT), it began processing the following business day on Wednesday, May 23rd. It usually takes a few business days for the order to pass through Borderfree and you will receive tracking information once this has been completed. The number of days the order will be in transit to you is based on your location in the UK and varies because of this.
