Bonus 500 points not received

Hi,

 

I made a purchase this past Thursday over $75 and expected to see the added points w/in a day or two but they never appeared. I’m pretty positive I included the promo code but is there anyone who can help me w/ this problem?

I have had the same issue and I never received my 500 points. The only reason I placed my order was to receive these points. Does anyone know how I can get this issue resolved?

Not to hijack your question, but I’m having the same issue! Can CS please help me also? I know it said we should see the points in 24 hours, but do you recommend that I wait for my package to be delivered (estimated tomorrow, 2/28) to see if the points are credited? I have seen other similar concerns posted about this particular bonus offer so I’m getting a bit anxious since it’s been ~4 days.

I placed my order on 2/23 prior to the offer expiration, I used the promo code, and the email/shipping confirmations indicate that I should be getting the points (see attached screenshot). I also have other screenshots of the order page prior to submission, to show that I entered the promo code and that 500 points would be credited.


If I knew the additional points wouldn’t be awarded, I definitely would have used a different promo code for this order to get a nice freebie instead.
Please advise when possible- thanks in advance!!

Same here. I’ve made a purchase of $110 and did not receive the 500 points. And no samples. This is frustrating.
