Bondi Boost Shampoo A Disappointment

  • I purchased Bondi Boost Thickening Therapy shampoo from Sephora, hoping it would help with my thinning hair. The shampoo makes my hair weighted down and lifeless.  I have purchased thickening shampoo from Winner’s and it has proved to be better.

Re: Bondi Boost Shampoo A Disappointment

@Orphananee I'm sorry to hear that isn't working out for you. Gently used items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, or within 60 days for store credit. Items purchased outside the 60-day time frame would not be eligible for return. For our full return policy please visit > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/returns-exchanges

Re: Bondi Boost Shampoo A Disappointment

Thank you for your prompt response to my email.  Unfortunately, the time period has passed to receive a credit for the Bondi Boost shampoo.
I had to leave my home unexpectedly to assist my daughter who fell down flight of stairs and broke her wrist.  She is a single mom with 2 young boys so really needed my help.
Can you make a 1-time  exception for me to return product for credit?  The bottle is barely used because I don’t like the product which by the way one of your sales persons recommended.

Re: Bondi Boost Shampoo A Disappointment

@Orphananee I regret that we are not able to accept returns outside of our return time frame.

Re: Bondi Boost Shampoo A Disappointment

The Bondi Boost shampoo is getting poured down the drain.  Really wish I never wasted my money on this purchase.  The shampoo was recommended to me by one of Sephora customer service reps.
