Birthday rewards never available

My birthday is in November and by the time it comes around to my birthday, none of the stores ever have any of the birthday gifts available to redeem, and they are always out online as well. It's not fair for those of us with end of year birthdays to have nothing to choose from. I was really looking forward to the Dior perfume/cologne gift set and of course, it wasn't available anywhere. I had to settle for some toner facial set because that was all the store I was at had available. My mom's birthday is in October, and she had the same issue when she went to redeem her gift. I don't think we should have to settle for points or whatever they have left for the year. Of course it's going to be the stuff that no one wanted all year. I never really venture away from my normal hair and facial treatments, therefore most of these samples end up going to waste. I like the make up and fragrance gifts. Anyone else feel the same way?

My birthday was in February, I was never able to order it online I ended up going into a store where the girl gave me attitude about it being so long ago. 😒

I know exactly how you feel. My birthday was in September. I was so stoked to be able to get my gift because I had missed it last year. 

I had my eye on the Dior perfume mini. I have always wanted to try it and I also love collecting the minis! September rolls around, I go to make my purchase and I see that the gift is only available in stores. My closest sephora is a two hour drive. It was a real let down because I can't make that drive. Then off course the other option I wanted wasn't available and I got left with ones I just had no interest in. So I got nothing. Very depressing. I know it's only a small gift lol it's silly to be upset but I was honestly bummed out. 🤷‍♀️

Agree totally, ordered some stuff online this month, added some samples and my free birthday gift. Didn't get my gift or samples 👎

I so feel you. I had the same issue, I was waiting for November to redeem my birthday reward and off course I had my interest set on Dior perfume set. It was out online so I went to check in store too, but they were out as well. I feel it is unfair as well, that we don’t get the reward of choice.
