Birthday reward not showing up at checkout

HI there, my birthday is next week and I still haven't been able to redeem a birthday reward. It doesn't show up at checkout and when I try to just add it through the birthday rewards page it won't let me. Any help is much appreciated.

Some of our gifts are out of stock. If there is a gift you want and you are not able to redeem it online, we suggest visiting your local Sephora to see if they have it in stock. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The 250-point reward shows as being available - but I can't add it to my cart
