When I contacted customer service, I was told that the complimentary Benefit brow service during your birthday month is no longer being offered to Rouge tier. Why am I receiving two very different answers? Thanks.

I was told by several sales associates in Montreal that it was. Hopefully they have changed or will change their mind.
