Beginning skin care?

Hi, I really need some type of skin care product that will help eliminate Blackheads, pores, and pimple. You see I'm usually not bothered by this however I got the lucky chance to go to Paris and i'll probably never go again and so I want to take as many photos as possible but i can't wear makeup unless i get this really bas allergic reaction and my face turns red and it gets really Rashy. PLEASE!!!!PLEASE!!!!!PLEASE help me!!!!
