Do points expire based on a rolling 12 month period, or do they expire in January each year?

Hi @Gwenlynne,

If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer, then the points will expire at the end of the calendar year. As long as your account remains active you can continue to accumulate your points each year. "Account activity" includes making a purchase, redeeming a Rewards Bazaar item, or the birthday gift, or a gift card. I hope this is helpful!
