I just bought a hair product and haven't gotten any points for the beauty insider challenge? The other stuff I bought popped up but not my 100 points. Why is that??

@LuvAurora46 I'm sorry for the confusion! There is a $25 min purchase to complete this challenge.

@LuvAurora46, the minimum spend for the challenge is $25, so unfortunately it doesn't count for the challenge 😔. If you click on the little info button, it explains it in detail what qualifies.

I think they lifted this since Saturday, because it's no longer in the FAQ.

DEFINITELY try speaking with CS, though.

@LuvAurora46 @Did you make sure you joined the challenge first?  It should have a green check mark that you joined so you can earn points.
