Beauty Profile Color IQ Shade Finder errors

I already know my shade but when I choose it from the list, I continue to receive this error when I select my brand/shade.. 

"Error
Something went wrong and we couldn't
process your request. Please try again
later."  😠

l need to complete this on my profile to get my personalized suggestions.  

I've already cleared cache/cookies deleted the app, reinstalled it, tried to complete through the Chrome browser and It will not complete. This really Is inconvenient and is becoming more trouble than it's worth. 🙄 What now..?

I'm having the same issue. Tried in in the app, on a mobile browser, in safari and chrome on my laptop... nothing works. Cleared all the cache and cookies too and still nothing. Not really sure what's up with that.

I am still unable to choose my shade.  I use the oil free tinted moisturizer from Laura Mercier.  The shade is 1W1 Porcelain but I still cannot get it on my profile.  @keelybt

this is happening to me too!! it even gives me my results, but then shows this message after i click “save and continue”. did you ever fix this, and if so, how??
