Beauty Insider Card not adding to Apple Wallet

I am trying to add my Beauty Insider Card to my Apple Wallet on my iPhone. I have no problem finding the page within the Sephora mobile app to do it, but it's like the button is broken. I click the button, I get a spinning loading wheel for about a second, and then nothing happens. It's like the app is trying to connect to Apple Wallet, but it doesn't successfully complete the connection. See the photos attached bellow. 

Has anyone figured out a way to add the barcode to Apple Wallet another way? Maybe not using the app or adding it manually somehow? I need to be able to have it in Apple Wallet, the Sephora app is not an option.

I'm so sorry about that! It looks like this issue has been reported in the past and I apologize the issue hasn't been resolved and that we don't have any updates to provide. When shopping in stores, I recommend providing the Cast Member with your phone number or registered email address to ensure you are receiving the points for your store purchases. Thank you!

@CarlyR13 I'm so sorry we don't have any updates! When shopping in store, please continue to provide your registered email address, phone number, or BI card to the Cast Member to ensure you are receiving the points for your purchases. Thanks!
