In celebration of our Beauty Insider members, we are offering exclusive access to this year’s Beauty Insider Appreciation Event. Here's the breakdown:

Rouge, you shop the event early beginning Fri 8/24. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else. You can continue to shop the entire event through Monday 9/3.

VIB and Insiders get to shop, too! Starting Thursday 8/30, VIB will receive 15% off and Insiders will receive 10% off your purchase.

You can use your discount one time online or as many times as you want in-store. Check your email to get your code!

What is the Beauty Insider Appreciation Event?

This is a special event to celebrate our Beauty Insiders and the recent changes to the Beauty Insider program. This promo is a great excuse to splurge, restock favorites, and start stocking up on fall newness.

What’s the offer?

Rouge gets 20% off, VIB gets 15% off and Insiders save 10%. Plus, Rouge (we see you!) gets to shop early before VIB and Insider.

What if I like to order online?

That’s cool. You can redeem the offer on both US and CA sites. Please note that online orders are one time use however you are welcome to shop as frequently as you’d like in-store.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

Online you may redeem the offer one time but if you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want in-store.

You can shop one time online with your code below based on your tier:

As a benefit of our top tier of membership, Rouge gets to shop the event early.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes! Some Canada stores may be closed on Mon 9/3 for Labor Day so be sure to call your store for holiday hours and closures.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, Flash shipping or PLAY! by Sephora subscriptions, or combined with any other promotional offers. Not valid on purchases of Dyson, customizable sets online or through Sephora’s Customer Service. Clients are limited to three Drunk Elephant-branded items per transaction and three Tatcha-branded items per transaction. Merchandise quantities may be limited, see store for details.

Hi! I went to my store earlier to purchase a couple items. They were out of one of them and said they could order it online for me with the discount. They never mentioned that It would mean I would lose the opportunity to use my YesRouge code on my online order. Could you please assist me with this matter? Thanks.

Hi, I went into several stores trying to purchase I didn't on my online order so whatever reasons but I was informed that if the store was out of stock the beauty consultants / reps could not order anything on my behalf with a discount because I had already used my discount. In the past during annual sales I've always had help with products sold out of the store but still available on line and they've placed an order for me while I'm in the store. I would have spent more money if I could have so I guess good for my pocket book but bad for business. This sale seems very chaotic and poorly organized. It doesn't help the holiday sale allowed further discounts on items that a lot of us purchased during Rouge days to be sure it didn't go out of stock and now they are available for less to other members. Sephora... keep my extra little earned points and let me shop !

The promotion can be applied with a one-time use code online, and as many times as you would like in-store within the promotion dates. I hope this helps. 🙂

I was on the notification list for the MAC Fix+ that was out of stock after the first round. In the middle of the night, I got an email saying it was back in stock and I order it immediately. I used my 20% off code, and I didn't feel bad because MAC was only sold online. A few days ago, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because the product was no longer in stock. So now, I lost my 20% one time use coupon.

Sephora, can you give me another one or something?

Please contact customer service! That happened to me last year several times over with one particular item that I'd order and it would get canceled during the annual sale in November. When I did receive the item it didn't work. I contacted customer service, their was a record of my orders and the cancels and gave me the discount after the sale ended. It was a lot of time and effort but it did get resolved. Good luck !

I am pretty sure you can just tell the cashier you are here for the Rouge 20% off sale. For all of my purchases in store, they did not need to scan anything. Maybe give it a shot? If anything, show them your card to prove what tier you are.

As a Rouge member who spends most of her time in Sephora (both in-store and online), I'm a bit disappointed about the fact that Sephora is only letting us use their online code once.  I feel like, with all the makeup we use, the makeup we want to try out and everything, the code should at least be used more than once, no?  I placed my online order on Friday and luckily for me it's coming in today (woohoo!), but I found more items that I would've liked to place a second order for with the same code, and it disappoints me to see that I can't do that due to their one time use.  Not all of us are able to make it out to a physical store, which is why we rely on shopping online.  

I personally do work next to a mall where Sephora IS located, but due to my hours at work, I can't just pop in in between my breaks and be able to get the items that I want without being late to clock back in for work (my break time is limited).  I would've loved to be able to use the code at least one more time.

Sephora, we love you, but this is pretty disappointing.

Not only is it an issue if one isn’t able to make it in to a store to supplement your purchase as many times as us Rouges would like to, but when there isn’t a suitable store close by (only JCP). Not only are they sold out of most products—on day one of the event, they don’t even carry a fraction of the items I’d like to purchase. Many brands Rouge and VIB members love to buy tend to be some of the luxury brands—most likely part responsible for acquiring the said status—are only carried online. Why not assist us in spending more money with Sephora?!

I totally agree! It is completely frustrating, and for how much we spend, we should be able to have unlimited access to online orders with the discount!
