In celebration of our Beauty Insider members, we are offering exclusive access to this year’s Beauty Insider Appreciation Event. Here's the breakdown:

Rouge, you shop the event early beginning Fri 8/24. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else. You can continue to shop the entire event through Monday 9/3.

VIB and Insiders get to shop, too! Starting Thursday 8/30, VIB will receive 15% off and Insiders will receive 10% off your purchase.

You can use your discount one time online or as many times as you want in-store. Check your email to get your code!

What is the Beauty Insider Appreciation Event?

This is a special event to celebrate our Beauty Insiders and the recent changes to the Beauty Insider program. This promo is a great excuse to splurge, restock favorites, and start stocking up on fall newness.

What’s the offer?

Rouge gets 20% off, VIB gets 15% off and Insiders save 10%. Plus, Rouge (we see you!) gets to shop early before VIB and Insider.

What if I like to order online?

That’s cool. You can redeem the offer on both US and CA sites. Please note that online orders are one time use however you are welcome to shop as frequently as you’d like in-store.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

Online you may redeem the offer one time but if you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want in-store.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes! Some Canada stores may be closed on Mon 9/3 for Labor Day so be sure to call your store for holiday hours and closures.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, Flash shipping or PLAY! by Sephora subscriptions, or combined with any other promotional offers. Not valid on purchases of Dyson, customizable sets online or through Sephora’s Customer Service. Clients are limited to three Drunk Elephant-branded items per transaction and three Tatcha-branded items per transaction. Merchandise quantities may be limited, see store for details.

Don’t get me wrong. I currently have my own personal problems with Sephora regarding returns (I’m a reasonable human being. I always thought they had an overly generous return policy that I took for granted but I don’t agree with their approach to enforcing a stricter return policy or how they’re currently handling it). However I been a loyal regular customer of Sephora for 20 YEARS. Started shopping with them the moment they entered the US and I will say this, I have to give them some credit for trying to change and offer a vib sale in August for the first time ever. I do not think it unreasonable for them to only allow 1 purchase online for this particular sale. Unless they are not offering the nov holiday vib sale, I think people are lucky to get this sale given how Sephora typically operates. I told Sephora that running limited number of sales per year always led to me overbuying overstocking and then needing to return which led to my current personal issue with them. I prefer more competitive sales per year even if SOME of the sales have more restrictions. Other major competitor only allows one 20% coupon in store OR online ONE TIME only. We should just appreciate their effort to provide better sales. They never did this before. Maybe I’m the only one who feels this way but I’m all for more good sale opportunities anytime. Again other big competitor only allows 1 purchase one time and you CANT do both in store and online for that one time purchase. Unless there’s another competitor who provides almost all the brands and services all in one company that Sephora provides at same or cheaper price, I think we should look at their new effort as an unexpected privilege and not question it.

Give me a break.... so what you are saying is that you are mad that you can afford makeup but not the assistance you would need to go shopping. There’s no reason why you can’t just make sure you get all your items in one order online, and if something isn’t available buy it on the next sale in November. Crying discrimination because you can afford to spend money in store but not to get there, it’s not like they are making it “in store only”.

I am also surprised and disappointed by this. Not everyone has access to a proper Sephora, let alone easy access. Where I am from there is not a Sephora for 45 miles and even then there is huge variability in size and what each store carries. I really hope Sephora reconsiders this. It favors those with a car, access to large Sephoras like NYC or LA and a work and life schedule that allows them to go to Sephora easily and quickly. 😕

Still, thanks for the discount, Sephora! I hope you will open back up the online ordering. I NEVER shop in the stores. I don't like to for a multitude of reasons.

One time only code is so inconvenient and defeating the purpose of shopping online.  Many of us shop over two pay periods and can't always make it to a store and don't want to deal with things selling out online or no stock.

I'm excited for the appreciation event however only able to use the coupon online 1x isnt cool. I don't have a Sephora within 2 hours of my house, 120 miles or more away from my house. I don't think I'll be able to make it to a store 😔

I was excited until I noticed that Dyson is excluded from the sale. It is the only Item that I am interested in. Does anyone know if the Regular event in November also excludes Dyson? If so, I'll plan to  purchase it elsewhere.

The one time use online thing is a bit obscene. The only store close to me is a tiny JCP store and I planned to split my order between two pay periods. This will very likely decrease how much I’m going to be buying.
