My Beauty Insider account was deleted

My account was deleted with a lot of points in it. The points are gone the order history is gone everything is gone. How do I get them back? I did not delete the account.

This same thing just happened to me today. I’ve made two purchases earlier this year… one just a month ago. And my account was mysteriously gone. The sales gal created a new one today but where are the points I’ve accumulated this year?? Please help.
