Bag of beauty 2024

Hello 

i don’t know to whom i should be adressing this but im really so fed up with sephora customer service and not honoring their offers. I ve made 2 orders during november, and due to canada post strike, i was only able to receive my packages today. One of the orders i’ve made was during the BagOfBeauty offer period, where Sephora encourages to buy for 90$ at least to choose between 4 bags of minis (not just samples some of them). So i’ve  spent more than enough and decided to stock up on some products so i can receive my BagOfBeauty #4, which should have contained the following products  : 

- mini Clinique black honey lipstixk

- Olaplex oil 7,5 ml (which is not bad!) 

- a mini OUAI hair and body scrub in a little jar 

- mini Tarte tubing mascara 

- mini Make up forever fixing spray 

- a sample of a Clinique daily moisturizer (the pink one) 

- about 3 samples of perfumes 

This seems interesting just for the value of the #olaplex Olaplex/Ouai/black honey/mascara/makeup fixing spray.
So today, to my dismay, when ive opened the effing package that took FOREVER to get, whoever packed my order, just decided to throw some samples in there in sephora plasticky ziploc and call it a « bag of beauty », it did contain some perfume samples (not the ones shown on the offer) and a sample of glow recipe whatever blur serum it was (hot pink packaging). 
where is my Olaplex? Where is my Ouai? Where is the Clinique black honey lippie and the mascara? 
im so effing done with sephora for real. That was my last time ordering from them. Done with bull****. I called the customer service (don’t even think about trying to reach out to the chat it’s always unavailable or just they close your window), I tried to explain to the dude on the phone that this is not honoring your part of the offer, fake ad, telling customer to buy for X amount to get Y products. The dude was really rude, didn’t even try to understand what i was trying to say, cutting me off and telling me « it’s out of stock. You won’t get anything. I will add 50 points to ur account » then before i ended my sentence he said bye and hung up leaving me asking myself wtf just happened? Why am i being talked to like that? Since when customer service is rude? 
IM DONE. I don’t care about your 50 points you can keep it to yourself.

Hello there! Tried to answer back to your private message. There has been no update on the points you have said you added to my account. There is no change to my actual existant balance. Ive logged out and signed back in many times, on app and browser both.
