Bad batch of Qhemet Biologics

I recently received the Qhemet Biologics Aethiopika Hydrate & Twist Butter from Sephora online. When I opened the lid, the product was really dry. It cracked upon me touching it. I have attached a picture. I have never used this product before but I am sure this is not how it is supposed to look. A hair butter should not be dry.The number on the bottom of the container showed 20H18. I don't know if this is a batch number or not. It makes me think that it is an old batch of product from 2018 or expired in 2018. How can I get a replacement or refund?
