BROKEN EYE PALETTE

I ordered the unleashed Tarte palette (through my moms account) off of JCPenney Sephora, which was on sale, and it arrived today and when I opened the package, I realized one of the eyeshadows was broken and has ruined the eyeshadows surrounding it. Is it possible to get it exchanged for a new one?
