BEWARE SAME DAY SHIPPING

I paid for same day shipping an extra $6.95 today. I made the order at 9:30 am and it said to order before 5 pm for same day shipping, which is plenty of time. It said it would be delivered by 8 PM. It’s currently 9 PM, the package is not here and my order says still processing. 

Please confirm that I will at least receive my package because several posts about this topic say that they never ended up receiving their product. Also, I would like to request a refund for the extra $6.95 I spent since the same day shipping didn’t even work. I hope to get a full refund of the product if I just never receive my package like some other people did. Especially because I ordered expensive perfume.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Product was available now half isn’t and sold out.  Customer Service told me expect at least 2 days.  I would have gone and picked up instore. Such a disaster and poor customer service. Sorry just doesn’t cut it. #samedaydoesntwork #terriblexecution
