BEAUTY INSIDER POINTS DEDUCTED BUT SAMPLE MISSING

I had two free samples with my order and I also cashed in points to get two more samples.  However, I did not get one of the samples I cashed my points with.  I understand it is just a sample but why have beauty insider points if it doesn't work?
