BANNED FROM SEPHORA ONLINE

Backstory: A few years back, I was banned from sephora because my sister’s parcel was stolen and she decided to ask them for help. SOMEHOW they banned me as well, even though our accounts are different but we have the same addresses. I had called them several times then too and proved I am not the same person and to let me shop online (VIB back then) was on my way to rouge. My sister was a rouge. They banned us and even sent me emails saying I can only shop in person. I was so tired of fighting them that I let it be and started ordering from brand sites instead or shopped in person. 
Fast forward today, during the sale, my friend was kind enough to share her rouge friend coupon with me and i placed an order (pick up in store), sephora cancelled it. I called them and talked to a customer service agent, who told me I should make a new account with another address and they could see about the coupon. I made an account with a friend’s address, and called customer service back and this agent basically told me she can’t reinstate my coupon since it was used on a banned account, cannot help me what so ever and her word is the final say, that corporate is going to say the same. She also mentioned that the other girl did not write anything about a coupon (I asked them to check the call records). They gave me a bit hope that I might be able to use the coupon online but then completely shattered my hope. I was getting somethings for my upcoming wedding and the 20% off would have been so helpful. I am so upset and disappointed that SEPHORA does not stick to their words or consider their customer’s concerns. I was banned for no reason and was not even allowed to use the coupon again on the account. I would have gone in person but the nearby store was closing in 30 minutes. I had stopped buying from this company years ago but the way they reacted to the whole situation today was completely disappointing and disheartening.

I’m also banned now for no reason with no explanation.VIB rouge for many years. I’ve been told I can no longer order online. I will never use Sephora again.

Thanks for the PM and for not being helpful again. They told me they would not unban me and also not honor any coupon, and I could use 10% off in stores now. I guess there is nothing better to expect from Sephora. But starting today, I am going to use the brand websites themselves!
