Awaiting carrier pickup

So not too big of a deal but still frustrated because I’ve never had a problem. I usually keep my eye on delivery times because I have to let people into my building but it still says awaiting carrier pick up but it was supposed to be delivered two days ago.

I placed my order last March 25 and every time i check the status of my order it always says ‘awaiting carrier pickup’,it’s now April 5. What’s going on Sephora?
