August Play Box missing

Hello there!
I've signed up for the Sephora Play Box this month and was awaiting for it with a bit of excitement. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten it yet. The shipment history of my package says it's been delivered on August 25th, but I've never got it. I'm afraid it was stolen. What shall I do now?
