Assistance checking/changing phone number linked to account!

I honestly don't remember if I have my old number linked (for mods, ends in a 14) or my new one (ends in a 25), and there's no way to check despite looking all over the site. All I remember is having to put my old number in for my Kohl's account when I last went there, and since my Sephora account is linked to my Kohl's account, I don't know if they automatically use the same number or not. Any help is appreciated!
