I just received my play box for April and my It cosmetics powder was completely shattered. I just got off the phone with customer service and was told there was nothing they could do about this and would give me 75 points for the inconvenience. The fact that I paid for this box and is being told there is nothing they can do about this is ridiculous. I have been offered more points for not receiving free gifts with my order in the past. I immiedetly told them to cancel my subscription because I am not going to waste my money on products that come shattered. 

Now some of you may think I am over reacting but I just placed an order with Ulta during the Lancome beauty break a couple of days ago and sadly did not receive my free gift. I was disappointed when I did not receive it but it's not like I paid for the free gift so it's more understandable. Well, a couple of minutes after I received my package I received an email from Ulta apologizing for not having the Lancome beauty break gift in stock and rewarded me with a $20 gift card. I was shocked because it was a free gift and I was already thinking how I was going to have to make a call with customer service and explain to them my situation.
