Approved for Sephora credit card and cannot use the temporary card online

A week ago.. I went to place an online order.. got approved for the Sephora credit card to use for that transaction.. and went to check out.. shows my temp card info.. but kept giving me alert saying due to security issues.. I couldn't use it and had to wait for my card to be mailed? I gave up.. a week has passed.. have an order I want to place and still no card in the mail and getting the same error. I just want to place this darn order and have no way to do it. Not sure why I am getting this error. I see there are a lot of issues with using the card right when you get approved.. seeing from other ppls experiences. Would be nice if this was fixed so more ppl don't have to deal with this.

Dude SAME!! And now I’ve missed the BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY SALE!! Ughh, super annoyed by this. Hopefully my card gets here soon. 🫶🏼

after searching the forums it seems like this is a common problem with no fix. Hoping my card arrives soon so I can finally place my order

Hi @ottmama2011 I am truly sorry about this! I recommend waiting until your physical card arrives to place your order. It should arrive within 10 business days from being approved. I understand this is frustrating and I apologize for the wait!
