Applications: Automatic Disqualifications

Hi, 

 

I have found some positions at Sephora Corporate that feel like an extremely good fit with my skills, but every single time I submit an application, I'm 'automatically disqualified'. I've never interviewed or worked at Sephora or an LVMH company before, and I don't know the proper person to reach out to so I can get feedback on why this is happening so I can adjust!
