App issues

My app hasn't been working correctly for a few months now. Items aren't available, there's been no offers or rewards, things like that. 

How do I go about fixing these things? Do I delete the app and download it again?

@Freckledgurl @The app has always been glitchy. I would try deleting it and reinstalling.
