Is anyone having trouble with their loves list over the past day or so? After the forced update, anything I had added in March was gone and a bunch of stuff I had deleted was there.
I added items back to the list and they were there for a bit and then I was forced to log back in and all my new stuff was gone, some items I had added last week were there but then so was stuff I had deleted and items that had been on my list forever are now gone.
on top of that, I’m being forced to re-login every time I open the app. I can’t find app status information anywhere so I thought I’d ask here.
I’m just trying to collect my ideas for what to buy during the sale and don’t want to keep redoing the same thing because the app is janky…
Same problem here! And it's also weirdly switched around- like items I added years ago are showing up on top and marked that they were recently added. Super frusterating to have stuff mixed and and half of it deleted.

Hi! I'm having the same issue nothing on my love list is accurate neither on the app or on the browser. When I send it or save it as another file logged out of Sephora I see some of the missing products that should be on my list. I really don't want to recreate the list.

I am growing increasingly frustrated.
This horrible glitching website won't let me respond to you.
I have managed to change my Profile settings so Private messages is on.
I can no longer see your post, so I am responding based on memory
I cannot private message you, the little envelope icon is useless,
cliciking around give me one error message after another
I already called the Customer Service number and, as usual, I got someone who
didn't understand me making repeat apologies. Apologies don't solve problems.
Email? Yeah, another big waste
In a public forum, I would even state how I finally fixed other problems with this website.
My problem is the same as everyone else's here: My current Loves List has been replaced with a Love's list from several months ago. If you figure out what the problem is for one customer, wouldn't it stand to reason that's probably what went wrong for every customer?
I am also having this issue.
The Loves List looks like a list from, Idk maybe January or February.
NOT my current list.
It just took IT MONTHS to fix issue of my credit card Rewards not showing on my online account.
Then, there was the issue of in-store purchases not being credited to my Insider Beauty Account.
Now this.
I dont understand this. It's always one problem after another.
