I can't like or add anything to my cart at all. All I can do is search products basically and this right here. When I click on a product it goes to the product only showing the picture of the item, and the add to cart button. Then starts trying to load underneath the item never does load. An error sign pops up saying I need to go check my wifi to connect my wifi. My wifi is connected and working just fine for all the apps on my phone so it's not that. I've tried everything thing I know to do when an app is not working properly. I've sent app feedback, I've signed out, then signed bk in, I've restarted my phone, lastly I Uninstalled the app then installed again and signed in. Still doesn't work there's no update or I would've tried that 1st. So sephora needs to put a fix out for this. I've always used My app to shop sephora period I've never used the online site. I mean they constantly push ppl to go use the app anyways right. I'm missing the sale bc I can't use the app. I won't use the online site bc its just to much of a mess to me and like a bunch if things all at once idk the app is so simple and easy. Maybe I sound like a crazy person idk lmbo. Sephora please fix the app so I can shop the sale b4 it ends. @sephora
I'm having the same issue. I really want to buy from the app or even the browser version, but I get that same popup message. So frustrating.

Yes, I’ve been having this same issue for WEEKS. It is driving me insane. I have logged out/in, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried on wifi and data, and it still will not work.
Ive been having the same issue since the sale where I can’t get any of the products to load on the app. During this this period of time I’ve gotten a new phone and the app still isn’t working on the new phone.
Getting the same thing! I can add items to favorites and then add to my cart, but I can’t see any product details. Tried turning off my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling, checked for updates. No luck at all. Just get the image and a loading wheel below it when I select an item to view.

I have been trying to use the app as well from the sale started. That is the only way I am able to purchase from sephora!
this is happening to me too
Well the app is still not working. Tje sale ended and was unable to anything. I always use the app to buy things because it's difficult for me to get to a store. It would be expected that Sephora would honor their sale to anyone who could not use the app when they finally fix the issue.
I've had the same issue since the sale started. The only way I can add anything is if it was already something in my favorites, but I'm not able to select specific shades or open up the product itself. The page just keeps on buffering. Going online on a computer is fine, but I've tried erasing the app and shutting off my phone and nothing has worked.
Same thing has been happening to me since the day the sale started. Have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times and still the same issue.
