App Not Working

Hello,

Recently I been having an issue with my Sephora app. I can't seem to add any products to my shopping cart and the error to check my Internet connection pops up even though my Internet works and I can navigate around the Sephora app just not load products or add products. 

I have tried reinstalling my app, and clearing my cache, as well as checking for Updates. I am running on a Pixel 8 pro and honestly don't know what else to do to trouble shoot this problem that seems to be plaguing a lot of other users.
