Anyone else get 250 points deducted for Play! adjustments?! WTF?

I've never had a Play subscription and still don't. I notice that my points spend keep getting deducted every now and then for Play. 2 days ago, i had another points deduction so I ended up not being able go redeem my points for the $100 reward and now both the reward and my points are gone. Has anyone else seen occasional deductions like this??
