I put in 2 perfume samples and a smashbox primer sample. I got two completely different fragrances, one of them being an armani male scent so I gave it to my husband right away. The other one was... well haven’t made up my mind yet. And instead of the primer I got a boscia bb cream, but hey! At least I got something (similar)!! But I definitely won’t complain, my regular shipping got here in two days, I was mega super impressed!

I don't have any helpful advice but my orders are quite often missing the samples. And when I do get them they usually aren't what I picked. I know it's not a big deal to a lot of people but I like being able to try stuff for free especially since I don't have a Sephora store near me. I hope they fix your order! I received a gift card almost a year ago and they didn't actually put the funds on it. ..they still have not fixed it 😑

I feel your pain. I placed two orders around black Friday, one envoice had the samples checked like they were sent. my other order didn't have them listed at all. no samples were sent with either order. I called Sephora and they said they could not send them out separately. since then I have placed 2 more orders, one arrived today. NO SAMPLES, NO APOLOGIZIES just like before. I'm suppose to be getting the next order tomorrow. I'm really feeling like Sephora is trying to turn this loyal customer away.

Same here! Samples were listed on the online order tracking info but mysteriously missing from the box and the packing slip. I haven't called yet but I have a strong feeling I'll get the same answer as you. Why even bother offering 3 free samples if they won't be included???
