Already opened item

I recently ordered kiehl’s creamy eye treatment using points but the item arrived and appears to have already been opened. It’s the only thing I need to return from this order — can I return it in store? Will points be refunded?

Hi, the same exact thing happened to me. It looks used, was leaking, and soupy. Kiels avocado eye cream reward sample. Do we get points back if returned a defective reward points purchase?
