All orders cancelled

Hi Everyone, I order from Sephora very often and I’ve never had a problem. Recently, however, they cancel every single order I place and claim it is an authorization issue. I have called them numerous times and also my credit card company to make absolutely sure I have every detail matching. They even cancel my paypal orders which has never happened to me on any other site. Has this happened to anyone else?? Itis so incredibly frustrating to spend what has added up to hours calling Sephora, credit card companies, making new orders etc... I even placed an order on the phone after waiting 20 minutes on hold for the representative to confirm my billing info and Even after she confirmed it, I am still dealing with this problem!!! Another extremely frustrating fact is that each order has said “In Progress” for DAYS before I finally get an email saying that it’s been cancelled due to “unsuccessful authorization”. Most of the orders were being sent to my billing address which makes it even more ridiculous to be encountering this problem.

Yes!!!! This has happened to me 4 times now! So frustrating! I have even used an in store gift card which was cancelled hours after I left the store!!!!

Hi @Elle2125 + @EricaRochelle1! I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your orders. Sometimes, orders can be cancelled for high quantity, or verification issues with billing or shipping information. I am happy to look into this for you. I will send you a private message.
