Advice: LaserShip refusing to deliver Item

Hello! So, I just ordered the Dyson hair wrap using the free shipping code last week. LaserShip was supposed to deliver it on Friday, but every day they have some excuse as to why they can’t deliver it. First they said they attempted it, but needed to confirm my address… weird since they didn’t need to do that before. So I call and confirm my address. Then, 2 days later they try again and same issue… so I confirm it again (I live in a regular house… nothing to confirm). Now, 2 days later they start the process again and it’s just waiting to go out for delivery. I needed it before Sunday bc I’m going out of town tomorrow.

Based on the reviews, I’m worried I’ll never get this package and I really needed it (my blow dryer broke and decided to upgrade). Should I see if I can cancel the item and get it from a different retailer? Or should I just order it from Dyson and just return this one if it ever arrives? I don’t have 2 weeks to wait for this. Had I known, I would have just paid for shipping, to make sure it actually arrived. Any advice is appreciated!
