Advent Calendar - disappointing

I’m super disappointed with the 2,500 point advent calendar. There’s no skincare, makeup, etc - just stuff. It doesn’t even seem like a Sephora product. I contacted Sephora and they said that it MAY contain skincare, makeup, bath accessories, and misc tools. It’s all misc and seems like leftover stuff. I feel like I wasted a huge amount of points. I have tried to contact you twice and have been told my points are gone and I was offered $10 but it’s not in my account.

It’s totally garbage; and legit false advertisement. It’s kind of shocking that this is how they treat their most loyal customers.
