Add points to account with receipt?

I recently made a big purchase at Sephora but didn't have my card. How can I add the points to my sephora account?? (I have my receipt)

I am having the same issue. I made 2 purchases today 1 at Jc penny Sephora the other at the Sephora in the mall and neither transaction of showing up in my points. I have both receipts
