Account issues - hacked?

When I log in on the app it says I have 0 points. I clicked on my profile and it said my name was “Kylie” which it’s not and then it had issues trying to load the content. I cannot review my past purchases either. 

When I tried logging in through a browser it asks if I want to join the bic community. I’m trying to figure out if my account was hacked or if Sephora is having issues on their end.

Mine is calling me Kylie too! My account screen just keeps flashing at me! Hope Sephora fixes this!

Sephora has probably been hacked -- just like Forever 21 was this month. Rouge members should check their credit cards.

Seems a bunch of us are having this problem -- hopefully they fix it quickly.  It if it's them doing site maintenance or updates that is causing the issue, I wish they'd bump the site into maintenance mode instead of freaking us out!
