Account has been locked for security reason

After changing my account password and bought 2 transactions, I cannot login to my account and it said “locked due to security reason”. Is there anyone to help, please?

I’ve received your message and the reset link for the new account.

However, the one has been locked is my old account which is associated with another email. I just only used new account to create conversation in community cause cannot login to old account = cannot post in community. Therefore, could you please help to send another reset link to my old account? I’ve sent you the private message with my old account email. Please have look. Thank you
