Abysmal rewards bazaar

Hello,

 

As LVMH is the parent company for Sephora, I am writing to discuss Sephora rewards bazaar. I’ll be brief as I know the 20,000$ + I spend annually at Sephora is minimal to your profit margin. In short, the rewards bazaar never has anything over the 4000 point category actually available. I can log in before the new content drop and it is always already sold out when posted. Creating a separate category on the rewards tier for those who spend a higher minimum monthly and gearing luxury bazaar items to only that tier would be ideal, however any change would be great to the current model.
The rewards bazaar has been in a steady decline of inventory and quality, it is not worth it to make large purchases from Sephora any longer, until there is actually inventory available in the bazaar.

I’ve written Sephora several times and only receive generic responses to “check back soon”.

Perhaps time to hire a new strategic visioning director- the current model is not functional for client retention or relationships. I would not recommend Sephora at this time.
