AMIKA Dry Shampoo evaporated?

So today, I went to use my AMIKA Dry Shampoo - specifically the perk up plus - and it's been a week or so since I used it and it was ALL GONE.  I had the larger bottle that was not cheap and I had barely used it!  Has this happened to anyone else?  Why did this happen?  #amika

Hi - thanks for your response.  I don't have an order number as it was purchased at Kohl's.  I can review my purchases and see if I can find it there.  Will that be an issue?  I also don't know how to turn on private messages but will look - thank you!!
