500 Points for $75 promo

I made a purchase today (5/27) in store and spent over $75 when should I expect the 500 points to be in my account or does it only work online? I wouldn’t have made a purchase if I knew that…yeah would appreciate a comment if anyone could tell me if I made a mistake today.
