5 Orders no samples.. zero!?

So I needed $170 to be at “Rouge” status.. So between my daughter and I we placed 5 orders (don’t just us) received our packages today & seriously not one single sample? Really? I understand it’s free! But why give us the option to select items & back to back orders we received zero?! This seems to be an ongoing issues that has only gotten worse over the last year! 70% of the items I buy are cause I got a sample of it from previous shipments. Very discouraging to get nothing! Not one single thing or even a substitute! On 2 different order I chose 2 different foundations for my daughter to try! Not a single one showed up and the Dr.jart B.B. cream was also not shipped with my own order.. So now she will go elsewhere and make a purchase she likely won’t be happy with.. Sounds like no big deal but when people are willing to spend $30-68 for a bottle of foundation at least help them decide! And yes we can go into a store,it’s not the point! Seriously disappointed 😞 I should have never ordered any of this.
