2500 points for $100 dollars. Seriously?

I tried to redeem this $100 dollars reward for weeks. every time it said I placed the order successfully and then I got a cancellation email the every other day. What is happening?
I called customer service TWICE to fix this problem. They all tell me they placed new order for me, I should receive an email soon for instructions on how to use the 100 dollars. But No emails at all! I feel like I got tricked.

I really don’t understand what can possibly be wrong when I try to redeem the points I earned! I heard some of the rouge members reward got zero out due to in active. So this is how sephora play their loyal customer? Earning some points that can’t be used?

I just got a reply from Sephora. The reply is “We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent cancelled order. After researching the issue further, it seems that we can confirm your order was cancelled because we were unable to verify your payment information.” I waited two weeks for this? I don’t understand what payment info you need to verify? All I did is redeem this 2500 points. What info you need from me need to verify? The info on my account is the correct. I really don’t understand now…..

Hi. Is been awhile. I still haven't heard anything from Sephora yet. How long this process usually takes? Thank you for you help. 🙂
