Hi I am a little confused on how to redeem my points. A sales associate told me you can only find the offer on Tuesdays and Thursday at 11am (Illinois Time) so I went on the site at exactly 11am and could not find the offer anywhere. I am a rogue member and tried to apply the points, looked through the promos or rewards, and looked through the bazaar items and it never showed up. I refreshed the page until 11:30 but never saw the offer. I understand there is a limited quantity but I entered at 11am on the dot and did not even see it posted anywhere.

It looks like the Rouge Rewards are currently available. I recommend checking both your web browser and the Sephora app.

I’ve been refreshing as well and no new drops yet. I’ve also been watching for the Rouge reward for weeks and have never seen one. I’ve come to the conclusion that the rewards race with Sephora isn’t really worth it anymore 😕

It posts at 9 AM Pacific time which is 11 AM central time or 12 PM Eastern time. I’ve been on here since 10:58 AM central time refreshing and never did see it posted today so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Yes I meant that I have been refreshing for 20 minutes not 30 but I have never redeemed them before as I have been saving up

I suggest trying your browser. I tried on the app multiple times and it never shows up or it comes super late and even then I had issues checking out. Since I switched to my browser its so much easier and I've been able to redeem is 3 times.
