25% off first purchase not working

I placed my first purchase after being approved for a credit card and was able to use the discount just fine. Then I had to cancel the order to add another item and when I went to check out the discount was no longer applied. I’m trying to get some of the new gift sets and I’m scared that they’ll go out of stock before I’m able to figure this out. Please help! Thank you!
