20$ gift card bonus

It's been a long day regarding the $20 ecard bonus on $100. For reference I bought Apr 29th

I live chatted with both Sephora and Cash Star and the answer I got was basically "check your spam,  we can't help , just wait" - no ETA or anything. Neither were able to reissue me a code. 

Waiting would usually be fine,  but there is supposed to be an expiry date of May 30th on the $20 bonus portion - I received the $100 portion in a day and there's nothing in my spam folder. When I log into cash star it still says "processing"

Anyone else run into this ? I'm honestly at wits end - wouldn't have got the GC otherwise.
