20% Off Code Not Working

I got an email from Sephora with a 20% off purchase coupon code for not making a purchase for 9+ months. It is valid from Feb 2-8, but when I try to use it there's an error message that says "Offer available to select Beauty Insider members. Must be logged in to qualify."  I'm a Beauty Insider member and am logged in, why isn't it working?
